You might not be able to affirm this quality until you meet or speak with several real estate agents. An agent should be able to assess your needs and apply them. For instance, if you are looking for a home, a good realtor will listen to your wants, take the time to understand them, and offer you guidance accordingly. After all, if you are trying to sell your home it is likely that the buyer won’t know about the neighborhood it is in.
