The newest among our business documents is the LLC Operating Agreement.
This new document allows the members (owners) of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to draft an agreement that governs the operation of the LLC, and outlines the rights and obligations of the members to the LLC and to each other.
While it may be necessary for the owners of a LLC to sit down with their attorney(s) and work out an agreement, if all members have already agreed upon the terms that they want included in the operating agreement, LawDepot’s form will save both time and money.
It should be noted that a LLC Operating Agreement is not the document you file when creating a LLC. That document is called the Articles of Organization.
